    We’re based in Los Angeles, California, but most of our projects with clients are ship-to-studio. This means you can send us your products from anywhere, and we’ll handle the creative direction, photography, and video production from our studio. our team is also available to travel worldwide.

  • 3. Do you work with international brands?

    Yes. As long as your products can be shipped to us, we can work with you from anywhere in the world. We regularly collaborate with brands in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other English-speaking markets, but not limited.

  • 4. What is “ship-to-studio” and how does it work?

    Ship-to-studio means you send your products directly to our creative studio. Once we receive them, we take care of everything — concept, styling, photography, and editing — and deliver ready-to-post images and videos straight to you. There’s no need for you to be on set.

  • 5. What kinds of content do you create?

    We produce ready-to-post photos and short-form videos for: Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, brand websites), Email marketing campaigns, Ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and more!

  • 6. Can you handle both photo and video in the same project?

    Absolutely. In fact, most of our clients request a mix of photos and videos in each project to maximize their marketing assets.

  • 7. Do you offer ongoing retainer packages?

    Yes. Our Monthly Content Engine is perfect for brands that need a steady flow of content. We’ll work with you to develop a monthly delivery of images and videos so your marketing calendar stays full without the last-minute scramble.

  • 8. Do you work on one-off projects?

    Yes, we offer one-time packages such as Launch Kits and PDP Conversion Suites. These are ideal for product launches, seasonal drops, or updating your e-commerce visuals.

  • 9. How much do your services cost?

    Every brand and project is unique, but our packages are designed to provide premium content without the cost or complexity of a traditional agency. Investment costs can start from $2,800 and go up from there based on your needs. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your needs.

    Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and project, but most projects are delivered within 2—3 weeks from the time we receive your products. Launch Kits can typically be completed within 7-10 business days.

  • 11. Do you offer creative direction?

    Yes — creative direction is at the heart of what we do. We work with you to develop concepts, plan styling, select props, and ensure every visual fits your brand’s identity and goals.
